PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Talkdesk®, Inc. announced an expanded strategic partnership with Microsoft that enables organizations to purchase Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation (CXA) using existing Microsoft Azure commitments, drastically simplifying procurement and accelerating time-to-value.

Many organizations have standardized on Microsoft Azure, Teams, and Dynamics 365 to power their enterprise technology strategy. But despite those investments, resolving customer requests often requires employees to move between disconnected systems and manually complete work across the business.

Talkdesk CXA enables organizations to automate complex customer service work across the systems they already use. Powered by multi-agent orchestration, Talkdesk CXA coordinates specialized AI agents that understand customer context, access enterprise data, and execute end-to-end workflows across business applications. Built-in validation, observability, and governance give organizations the confidence to deploy and scale a trusted AI workforce. Because Talkdesk CXA works with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises contact center environments, organizations can modernize customer service without replacing their existing infrastructure.

Through a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), organizations can simplify and accelerate the procurement of innovative solutions such as Talkdesk CXA through the Microsoft commercial marketplace.

  • Maximize existing cloud investments: Customers can apply pre-committed Microsoft Azure spend toward eligible marketplace purchases, helping unlock additional value from existing investment.
  • Streamlined procurement and billing: Marketplace purchases are consolidated into a single Microsoft invoice, reducing procurement complexity and helping organizations avoid the delays often associated with vendor onboarding, legal reviews, and purchasing approvals.
  • Faster time-to-value: By leveraging established Microsoft purchasing frameworks, customers can deploy and scale new solutions more quickly, accelerating business outcomes and innovation initiatives.

“Enterprise leaders don’t need more standalone bots that simply pass calls along to human agents,” said Al Caravelli, chief revenue officer at Talkdesk. “They need solutions that solve complex tasks using the systems they already trust. By integrating Talkdesk CXA into the Azure Marketplace and aligning with Microsoft spend commitments, we are removing the friction that stops CIOs from scaling practical AI across their operations.”

“CIOs are looking to simplify their technology stacks and get clear value out of their cloud spend. Expanding our partnership with Talkdesk gives enterprise leaders a direct path to automate complex contact center tasks using the Azure infrastructure and Microsoft tools they already trust,” said Alex Staton, EMEA Digital Natives director at Microsoft.

Talkdesk CXA has been available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace since September 2025. Enterprises can now purchase and deploy the solution immediately through their Microsoft agreement.
