Acrisure today unveiled AurisSM AI, its applied AI platform designed to connect data, workflows, and AI-assisted decision-making across its portfolio of services. Developed by Acrisure using Palantir’s platforms, Auris AI brings together client, carrier, contract, and operational intelligence into a common operating framework and AI engine that is intended to help insurance professionals identify opportunities, coordinate work, and serve clients more effectively, with access governed by applicable permissions and controls.

Insurance is one of the world’s oldest and most essential industries, yet much of the work behind it still relies on coordination across fragmented data and disconnected systems. Acrisure built Auris AI to address that challenge from inside the industry, using its scale, industry experience, and operating footprint to develop a platform intended to support more connected, efficient, and informed insurance workflows.

Built on Palantir’s Ontology and developed by Acrisure’s technology team and business operators, Auris AI is designed to organize operational data, business logic, and workflows. The platform brings client intelligence, growth opportunities, risk insights, placement activity, service needs, and carrier relationships into a shared environment, with the goal of helping teams coordinate more effectively and support informed decision-making for clients.

“We are not announcing another vibe-coded AI tool,” said Benjamin Funk, Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer at Acrisure. “We are unveiling a platform built against the actual complexity of how insurance is delivered today: fragmented data, disconnected workflows, multi-company collaboration, and human expertise. Auris AI is designed to support AI-assisted workflows that help our teams surface insights, coordinate tasks, and better serve clients.”

At Palantir’s AIPCon 11 Conference, Funk will introduce Auris AI as part of a cross-industry showcase of organizations using Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to solve complex operational challenges.

Acrisure’s work with Palantir reflects its broader commitment to moving enterprise AI from experimentation toward practical use in business operations. The two organizations also intend to continue exploring approaches to responsible AI deployment, data governance, and enterprise control across Acrisure’s technology environment.

“Auris AI enables Acrisure to bring AI into the core of its operations while maintaining control over the data, workflows and decisions that power its business,” said Ryan Taylor, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Palantir. “We are proud to partner to bring Palantir’s Ontology and AIP into production across Acrisure’s business.”

Looking ahead, Acrisure intends to expand Auris AI’s capabilities and deepen collaboration with clients, carriers, and other relationships where the platform can support more connected workflows. The company believes the future of financial services will depend on stronger coordination across people, connected data, and digital infrastructure, supported by tools designed to help professionals make more informed decisions.

“Insurance has always been a connected business, but technology has not always reflected that reality,” Funk said. “Auris AI is about changing how our teams work with data, workflows, and AI in one operating environment. Our goal is to help people move faster, coordinate more effectively, and deliver better outcomes for clients, while continuing to build responsibly with trusted partners. The next step is bigger than Acrisure. It is about helping our clients, carriers, and partners across the industry operate in a more connected way – and nobody does that alone.”
