Dedicated division expands Arete’s capital markets capabilities and integrated financial services platform

CHICAGO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Arete Wealth, Inc., a national financial services firm, has announced the launch of Arete Capital Partners, a dedicated investment banking division designed to significantly expand the firm’s capabilities in capital formation, capital markets, and corporate advisory services.

The launch represents an important expansion of Arete Wealth’s diversified financial services platform. While the firm has historically provided select investment banking services based on individual client and transaction needs, Arete Capital Partners establishes a dedicated platform with expanded capabilities, resources, and leadership focused on serving growth-oriented companies, private businesses, financial sponsors, and institutional clients.

Leading the division is Renny Kuruvilla, an investment banking and capital markets executive with more than two decades of experience across investment banking, equity capital markets, institutional sales and transaction execution.

Kuruvilla’s career includes senior leadership positions with B. Riley Securities, Newbridge Securities Corporation, NOBLE Capital Markets, IFS Securities, Euro Pacific Capital and Roth Capital Partners. He most recently served as Managing Director at Newbridge Securities and previously spent four years as Managing Director of Investment Banking at B. Riley Securities.
