Finance Professional and Chemical Engineer Combine Decades of Unique Industry Experience to Launch Family Business in Frisco
FRISCO, TX, UNITED STATES, October 28, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Martinizing® Cleaners, the longest-operating garment care franchise in the U.S. and part of Clean Brands™, LLC, is announcing the opening of its newest location in the Dallas metropolitan area, Martinizing Cleaners of Frisco Village.
The company is owned and operated by the duo of Luis Gerardo Treviño Morales and Viviana Deschamps Guerra, both Master’s degree recipients who recently moved to The Colony with their two young sons and quickly wanted to plant roots by starting their own service-oriented family business.
Together, Treviño and Deschamps are opening their first location at 4760 Preston Road, Suite 242, in Frisco, followed by a full-service plant early next year. Residents in Frisco and The Colony will have access to internationally recognized dry cleaning and laundry services around the clock, along with convenient pick-up and delivery options that can transport items directly to and from their doorsteps. The duo also has future growth plans in mind via acquisition, which will make these services available to an even wider audience.
Both Treviño and Deschamps have extensive backgrounds in their respective fields. Treviño graduated from The Ohio State University with a dual degree in Finance and Economics, before then earning a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, where he specialized in economic policy and international finance. He’s leveraged these degrees to work at global financial institutions in New York City, including ING and BNP Paribas, before returning to his and Deschamps’ home country of Mexico, where he continued to manage financial portfolios.
Deschamps has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and also holds a Master’s degree in finance from EGADE Business School. Before becoming a full-time caregiver for their two children, Deschamps worked at leading Mexican manufacturing companies as a Commercial Intelligence Analyst and as a Finance and Project Coordinator. She also served as Business Operations Director at an early childhood development business.
“We’ve both wanted to start our own business for a very long time,” said Deschamps. “When we were evaluating business opportunities in The Colony, we discovered Martinizing and quickly fell in love with the brand! This provides us with the perfect opportunity to offer a worthwhile service to our new neighbors, while also allowing us to start our own family legacy here in Texas.”
Martinizing Cleaners has spent over 75 years as the “Leader in Dry Cleaning.” The brand’s business model prioritizes convenience without sacrificing professionalism. With a 24/7 dropbox and weekly pickup and delivery routes, Frisco and The Colony residents will have unrestricted access to a wide array of garment services. These services include, but are not limited to, dry cleaning, shirt laundry, alterations, wash & fold, bulk laundry, leather cleaning, wedding gown cleaning, wedding gown preservation, and comforter cleaning.
In addition to a superior product and service, Martinizing Cleaners locations utilize 100% environmentally non-toxic cleaning solutions and processes, specifically GreenEarth® Cleaning. Using GreenEarth’s solutions and the latest technology in equipment, Martinizing Cleaners is one of the few dry cleaners able to claim there is no hazardous waste in their process. Their environmentally friendly cleaning process has no odor and is scientifically proven to be gentler on clothes.
“Both Viviana and I are extremely hard workers, and we’re excited to finally have a chance to work together,” said Treviño. “We’ve already hit the ground running; we’ve connected with the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, looked into nearby charities that align with our values, and have begun analyzing opportunities to work with local schools and families in need. Viviana and I both commit ourselves 100% to whatever task is at hand, and now that task is making sure our community has access to clean, reliable, garment care services at a moment’s notice.”
