Jason joins Tarter with an extensive track record of developing high-value customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and creating business strategies that deliver measurable sales and profitability results. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of National Accounts & Business Development at Carry-On Trailer Corp., where he managed national accounts, including relationships with Tractor Supply Company, Lowe’s, and The Home Depot.

Prior to Carry-On Trailer, Jason spent almost 14 years with Lowe’s Companies, progressing to Merchandise Director and Senior Merchant, where he led major Hardware and Lawn & Garden businesses for the company. In his new role as Director of National Accounts, Jason will leverage this deep retail and business leadership experience to strengthen key customer partnerships, identify new growth opportunities, develop strategic programs, and align customer needs with Tarter’s long-term business objectives.
