MARTINSVILLE, NJ, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — “We are pleased to announce the first edition of the Digital Advice Report™, formerly The Robo Report®, covering the second quarter of 2026, as well as the 17th edition of The Robo Ranking®,” stated Ken Schapiro, CFA, Founder of Condor Capital Wealth Management.
New this edition, “AI Agents at Retail Brokerages” tests AI agents from Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini trading in funded accounts we own at Robinhood, Public, and Webull, with every order routed to a live market. The report also examines the portfolios and performance of 24 accounts from 34 robo-advice providers, and the Robo Ranking® Summer Edition grades providers on more than 45 individual metrics.
“This is a new and rapidly evolving area, and our first results are a first look, not a verdict,” said Kristopher Jones, CFA. “We will keep the accounts open and keep publishing as longer records accumulate.”
AI Agent Highlights
Setup is not for the average investor. Connecting an agent took API secrets, short-lived tokens, and configuration files. Robinhood was the easiest by a wide margin.
The brokerage matters more than the agent. Claude and ChatGPT scored identically at each brokerage on our 19-task capability test; the differences came from what each brokerage allows.
For most investors, a robo advisor still does the job with less risk. The agents built competent but generic 60/40 portfolios, and one confidently cited a trading rule that was repealed in June 2026.

Robo Performance Highlights
One-Year Performance Winners: Betterment Innovative Technology, Schwab Domestic Focus, SoFi
Equity sleeves that far outpaced the broad U.S. market drove outperformance, even as small caps and emerging markets led the year.
Three-Year Performance Winners: SoFi, Fidelity Go, SigFig
Growth and large-cap positioning lifted these platforms while nearly every other portfolio trailed its benchmark.
Eight-Year Performance Winners: SoFi, Fidelity Go, Wealthfront
Durable domestic large-cap tilts made these the only portfolios in the eight-year cohort to beat their normalized benchmarks.
These results reflect our Normalized Benchmarking approach, which allows for a consistent comparison of globally diversified portfolios. Detailed methodology, along with the full Digital Advice Report and Robo Ranking®, can be accessed for free at condorcapital.com/digital-advice-report.
